You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your registered mobile number, email address, or payment details change, you must update your account promptly by contacting customer support. vipinay.con will not be liable for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from outdated account information.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting vipinay.con customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Player Balance (excluding non-compliant bonus credits) will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Accounts subject to active investigations or pending KYC verification may be held pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipinay.con account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. vipinay.con does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for e-wallets and within thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers and over-the-counter payments, subject to the payment provider's processing times. vipinay.con is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Important: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name and verified under your KYC profile. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund processing fees.

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Where not explicitly stated, the default wagering requirement is twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live casino games, table games, and bingo may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%). Sports betting wagers may contribute 50% or be excluded entirely from specific bonus types. Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any uncompleted bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus credits and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent account closure.
Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the prior bonus being voided unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

If informal resolution is not achieved within twenty (20) business days of formal written notice being submitted to vipinay.con, either party may refer the dispute to the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRCI) for resolution by arbitration under its rules, or pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
